Unfortunately, I have very little to report on. I can scarcely believe that summer is more than halfway over... I feel like I haven't done anything except read, volunteer, and practice das violine (or whatever it is in German). Probably because that's all I have done...

besides occasional passes for good behavior and recreational activities, that is!

One of the BEST experiences this whole summer was when Ice Princess, that ab fab movie, came out on DVD July 19. What? You all weren't anxiously awaiting its arrival?!

Well, my pal Leah was, and we enjoyed an evening at the home cinema, eating everything in sight. Way to have impulse control, Kristen!

On that note, I actually have been doing the e- word lately. You know what that is. I have mostly been doing a lot of walking, to get myself into prime tourist shape. You just watch out, soon I'm going to be the walking champion!

Actually, now that I think about it, I do have to do a large amount of walking where I volunteer... the other night I was there for over two hours, walking nonstop for one of them, and I quite literally sweated through my shirt. That's what we call ladylike! But the little girl gave me TWO hugs, so it's fine. She was so adorable.
